Tim Stessl Marine – Ashmore, Gold Coast

Tim Stessl Marine is a family-owned business building and delivering high-quality aluminium boats, including Makocraft and Sea-Trex. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on General Hand to support our workshop and yard operations.

About the Role

This is a varied, practical role assisting with the preparation, detailing, and transport of boats and trailers, as well as general workshop and yard duties. No two days are the same.

Key Duties

• Transporting boats and trailers (towing required)
• Washing, detailing, and preparing boats for delivery
• Assisting with general workshop tasks and manual handling
• Picking up parts and materials when required
• Maintaining a clean and organised yard and workspace

What We’re Looking For

• Full QLD driver’s licence
• Experience towing boats/trailers
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Hands-on, practical mindset with willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus (not essential):

• Boat licence
• Mechanical, marine, or workshop experience
